In any given week
- Taking features from idea to production, end to end
- Building the product surface where customers work with their AI Employees
- Designing and shipping the APIs and data models behind those features
Ideally you
- Are genuinely full stack, comfortable owning a feature from the frontend through the data layer
- Have strong product and design taste. You care how it feels, not just that it works
- Have strong software engineering fundamentals and write clean, production-grade code
- Turn vague problems into clear action items and ship constantly
- Hold a high bar and own the quality of everything you touch
- Love in-person team culture
